Market String Lights and beautiful chiffon draping at the Japanese Friendship Gardens.

One of favorite venues to light up is the Japanese Friendship Gardens, located in beautiful Balboa Park.

Our elegantly uplit Truss Towers and Market String Lights fit perfectly within the Ceremonial Plaza space, and gave added light and ambiance to Taylor and Todd’s wedding reception. The Chiffon Draping with the Japanese Paper Lanterns completed the design and worked well with the look and feel of the venue.

This lighting design included three Uplit Truss Towers, Chiffon Draping, and Market Light Stringers. We tucked wireless LED uplights in amongst the trees to highlight the beautiful foliage. White Japanese Paper Lanterns in all the same size created the beautiful and harmonious look that we wanted for Taylor & Todd’s wedding.

It’s always a pleasure working with the staff at the Japanese Friendship Gardens. Thank you!

Market String Lights make the Hawaiian Pavilion shine at the Bali Hai!

San Diego Events Lighting receives a very touching Thank You from Laurie and Romeo

The best part of our job is seeing the smiling faces of our clients when we head back to pick up the lights at the end of the night. Laurie and Romeo’s wedding at the Hyatt Mission Bay was absolutely stunning! The Royal Purple (now named Romeo Purple to us), set the room perfectly along with the Custom Gobo and the Cake pinspot lighting. We also set up a 12 foot backdrop to highlight the Sweetheart Table, and pinspoted the happy Bride and Groom!

San Diego Events Lighting at the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa

Hilton San Diego Resort and Spa offers unique outdoor reception sites with a cool California feel for couples living in or visiting San Diego.

Our favorite outdoor reception site is the South Poolside Patio.

This Summer we worked with a couple who wanted to help highlight their wedding in a unique way by adding lights to make their table shine from below! In order to keep the guests safe from tripping over exposed cables, San Diego Events Lights added Wireless Uplights to our inventory to give this fun couple exactly what they wished for!

Lara Bagby, Catering Manager at the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa, loved the look and safety factor for everyone involved. “These lights are perfect for this patio!” she said, and we couldn’t agree more.
