Thank you for purchasing your Lighting Products with San Diego Events Lighting Company. Any items to be shipped will be processed as soon as possible. All prices include tax, and shipping, where applicable.
All our products are shipped within 24 hours, unless they’re back ordered. If there’s a product that’s not in stock San Diego Events Lighting will contact you and give an estimated time of when the product will be in our stock.
Orders will go out on the same day if placed before 12:00 am Pacific standard time
Our preferred mode of shipping is UPS Ground, but we offer UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS 2nd Day Air.
Standard Ups Ground delivery time is 1 to 5 days, depending on the part of the country shipment is going to.
Our pricing for shipping is off the UPS rate tables, we do not charge handling. The price for shipping will be added to your order at checkout, and you will have the option of shipping UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, or UPS 2nd Day Air.
Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All Items returned must be in new condition and packaged in the original retail box and in resalable condition.
In the event you are returning an item to us, please adhere to the following steps:

Pack the item back into its original manufacturer’s box along with all parts, accessories, manuals, packaging, etc. If anything is missing, written on, taped, or damaged, we will not be able to replace your item or offer a credit. The item has to be in perfect, just like you received it.

Once packaged back into the manufacturer’s box exactly like you received it, write your return authorization number on the outside of the shipping box, and address it to: San Diego Events Lighting Co., Attn: RMA# ______ 758 Riverlawn Ave. Chula Vista CA 91910
Please note: Any items returned without a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to you. Please do not send back merchandise C.O.D. or freight collect. We can not accept such packages. For your own protection, insure all return packages. San Diego Events Lighting Co. is not responsible for returned shipments which are lost, pilfered, or damaged.
