If packages arrive damaged, alert the UPS driver, and call UPS at (800)742-5877 to file a damage claim. Keep packages as received for UPS inspection. UPS will contact us, we will then ship you a replacement. Contact us at (619) 829-1151.
If a product is defective, call (619) 829-1151, and speak with a service rep, we will issue an RA (return authorization) number, which you should write on the outside of the shipping box and ship to San Diego Events Lighting Co. 758 Riverlawn Ave Chula Vista Ca. 91910.
If the unit failed within 30 days of purchase we will cover shipping costs within the U.S. and replace the unit for you. All items returned must be in new condition and packaged in the original retail box, with manuals, accessories, and in resalable condition.
Please note: Any items returned without a Return Authorization Number written on the package will be refused and returned to you.
If you’re not satisfied and want to return your product, we do not accept returns after 15 days. Returns can be for replacement, or credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
