Return Policy
Before opening your products, please read the following instructions:
If your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please alert the UPS driver, then contact UPS immediately at 800-742-5877 to file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging and merchandise exactly like you received them for UPS inspection. UPS will contact us once you file a claim and we will then ship you a replacement. Please call San Diego Events Lighting and let us know 619-829-1151 .
If your product is defective:
In rare cases it’s possible that a product has a manufacturing defect. If you believe you’ve received a defective product, the first thing you should do is contact our support team. You can call us at (619) 829-1151, and speak with a Tech Support specialist, we will issue an RA (return authorization) number. If we determine the unit failed under warranty within 30 days of purchase we will cover shipping costs within the U.S. to replace the unit for you.

If you are not satisfied and would like to return your product, we do not accept returns after 15 days. Returns can be for replacement, or credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items returned must be in new condition and packaged in the original retail box in resalable condition.
In the event you are returning an item to us, please adhere to the following steps:

Contact our customer service department to obtain a return authorization number

Pack the item back into its original manufacturer’s box along with all parts, accessories, manuals, packaging, etc. If anything is missing, written on, taped, or damaged, we will not be able to replace your item or offer a credit. The item has to be in perfect, just like you received it.

Once packaged back into the manufacturer’s box exactly like you received it, write your return authorization number on the outside of the shipping box, and address it to: San Diego Events Lighting Co., Attn: RMA# ______ 758 Riverlawn Ave. Chula Vista CA 91910
Please note: Any items returned without a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to you. Please do not send back merchandise C.O.D. or freight collect. We can not accept such packages. For your own protection, insure all return packages. San Diego Events Lighting Co. is not responsible for returned shipments which are lost, pilfered, or damaged.
